We recognize that the systems we design are only as effective as their operation, and therefore prepare customized commissioning plans and commissioning master plans to ensure performance according to each owner's functional requirement specifications, including pre-functional and functional testing before systems go online. Precis also provides de-commissioning services as old or outdated systems are removed from use, and retro-commissioning services to ensure the systems of older buildings continue to remain energy- and cost-effective.
