Precis offers comprehensive engineering and design services via our in-house team. The following engineering disciplines are represented:

• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering
• Fire and Life Safety Engineering
• Process Engineering and Process Automation

Precis also provides project leadership to ensure projects are designed and executed with a seamless level of expertise and efficiency. We manage projects from conception to completion including developing construction drawings and specifications, cost estimating and designing to a target cost, construction administration, overall project management, and oversight of the design and construction contractor/sub-contractor teams. Our consultants may include architects or civil/structural engineers.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the ability to get any size project engineered, designed, and built with a minimum of effort.
