John McCullough is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of industry experience. He joined Precis in 2005 and was promoted to Principal in 2014. In 2017, John was tapped to lead Precis' new office in Cary, North Carolina.

John is experienced in the design and construction of all mechanical systems associated with educational and pharmaceutical facilities. His knowledge center focus is special process and mechanical utility systems. His responsibilities include project management, technical development and design of projects, client contact, and maintenance of project budgets. John’s skills include the design and selection of specialized mechanical systems and equipment, comprehensive piping system calculations including process utility systems, high pressure steam, cryogenics, and high volatility fluids.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia and a member of International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
