Paul brings creativity, practical knowledge, and 30+ years of experience with construction and building science to his leadership role. He serves as the Director of Residential & Special Projects and as a Precis Principal. As the first employee of Arcus Design Group, Paul has worked on a large spectrum of highly custom residential projects, restaurants, historic architecture, and heritage projects, drawing from personal experience living in a 260-year-old farmhouse. Paul enjoys sketching and hand rendering as much as computer drafting to express design ideas and ensure his clients are able to perceive and comprehend the ideas or details of any project.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Architecture and B.S. in Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He has taught design studios as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Drexel University for 19 years and serves as a member of the Easttown Township Planning Commission. Paul is a licensed architect in three states.
