Deirdre Garcia joined Precis in 2023 to direct business development efforts. She is an accomplished senior sales executive with four decades of experience on the vendor, subcontractor, construction manager, and A/E sides of the business. Deirdre began her career representing manufacturing leaders of laboratory casework, equipment, and fume hoods, and evolved to business development for some of the region’s largest construction management companies catering to the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, and higher education markets.

A skilled relationship cultivator and team builder, Deirdre previously collaborated with both Precis and Arcus and readily accepted the opportunity to leverage her connections to help the combined firm grow. Clients and colleagues alike have come to rely on Deirdre’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to honesty, integrity, and service.

Deirdre serves on the program committee for the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and is active within the organization’s Delaware Valley Chapter. She is also a member of Life Sciences Pennsylvania (LSPA), Women in Bio, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in business and religion studies from Villanova University.
