MARKETING COORDINATOR, Ambler PA

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced marketing coordinator to join our award-winning team and help us continue to excel in our business development efforts and market image/position. The marketing coordinator will work with the firm’s marketing staff, principals, technical, and managerial staff to create and coordinate proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, and interview materials. Similarly, the marketing coordinator will be engaged in updating and maintaining marketing collateral, proposal resources, event coordination and social media presence. It’s an active job where an individual has the opportunity to make a difference, and further develop their talents.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or assist other marketing staff with RFQ/RFP responses from initial lead tracking through development and production of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials. Key attributes are abilities to maintain compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements while developing accurate, creative content and graphics that convey win themes, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Refresh firm’s brand image collateral (print and electronic), project profiles, team resumes, experience lists and service/market sector summaries.
  • Update and maintain inventory of proposal resources, photos and graphics.
  • Update and maintain conference/seminar schedule and promotion inventory. Provide support for and have ability to attend professional association events and programs.
  • Support updates to company website and creation of electronic marketing materials.
  • Monitor the firm’s social media sites and key client/industry partner sites and post relevant updates.
  • Support the marketing department with special projects.

Job Requirements & Preferences

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Preference is for a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or graphic arts.

Minimum 2-3 years of AEC industry-specific experience in marketing and proposal/qualifications coordination, development and production.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus). Preference is for strong writing, proofreading and graphic design skills.

In-depth knowledge of social media use, specifically on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Ability to create video reels on Instagram is a plus.

·Familiarity with information management systems such as Unanet, Deltek Vision, or comparable system.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload.
