We are pleased to announce that we have promoted Amanda Jones, PE to Director of Project Management. Jones joined Precis in 2017 as a Sr. Project Manager responsible for managing the firm’s projects within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including pharmaceutical labs, packaging facilities, GMP warehouses and manufacturing facilities, vivarium, data centers, and research facilities.

A mechanical engineer and project manager for more than 15 years, Amanda has led and worked on projects during all phases of design, from field investigation, lab programming, and conceptual design through construction and commissioning. She has managed numerous substantial projects at Precis; the design of a large building addition for new vial and syringe filling, being one of the most recent. As Director of Project Management, Amanda will expand her efforts to oversight of project management operations including project execution, financial performance, project quality control, and personnel development.

Jones holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and a M.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University, and membership in the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). She resides with her family in Upper Gwynedd, PA.
