Precis Commissioning has launched as an independent, woman-owned partner of Precis Engineering. Founded by former Precis Engineering leader Kari Anne Donovan, PE, CxA, the new company provides comprehensive building commissioning services.
"We wholeheartedly congratulate Kari and wish her the best in her new endeavor", said Precis Engineering Principal Robert Dick, PE. "She has long been a valued part of our engineering and commissioning teams. We know and trust her leadership and look forward to collaborating with her as a fellow business owner."
Donovan was hired as one of the first employees of Precis Engineering. She rose from project manager to part of the principal leadership team. Her continued focus on integrated building commissioning and desire to serve a broad clientele encouraged her transition to ownership.
Precis Commissioning launched January 1, 2015.
