Precis Engineering has been publicly named by Experic as part of the team for a new cGMP pharmaceutical headquarters facility in Cranbury, N.J. Experic is a privately held pharmaceutical supply services provider focused on the clinical trial and marketed product needs of small, midsize, and specialty drug developers. The company announced it has leased a 45,000-sf state-of-the-art Class A research, manufacturing, and packaging facility and will construct a best-in-class pharmaceutical headquarters in the space.

The new cGMP facility will empower Experic to support many critical stages of a product's lifecycle. It will feature capabilities around unique powder and solid oral manufacturing in addition to traditional dosage forms, complimented by innovative packaging, labeling, and global supply chain management services with the latest processing technologies and IT infrastructure in the industry to date.  

Experic collaborated closely with the real estate team at Cushman & Wakefield to identify the fit-for-use space. The recently unveiled facility plans are a collaborative effort by the Experic team, Precis Engineering, and Jacobswyper Architects.
