In January, Precis announced its merger with longtime collaborator Arcus Design Group. The move brings architecture, interior design, and planning to Precis, making the firm a comprehensive A/E design practice capable of serving clients with continuity from concept through operations.
Arcus partners Carl Holden, AIA, LEED AP; Jeffrey Balch, AIA, LEED AP; Kyle Litzke, AIA, LEED AP; and Paul Salvaggio, AIA, LEED AP, have become principals at the combined firm. They join six Precis principals, including Precis founding principal Robert Dick, PE, who remains President and CEO.
