Precis Engineering designed an approximately 317,520 square feet (sf) finished warehouse/distribution center contained within a larger warehouse/distribution facility containing a total of 565,320 sf (the “Building”). The finished portion of the facility is an air-conditioned warehouse/pharmaceutical distribution center with an office component, warehouse, distribution area, utility spaces, support spaces and tenant material handling equipment all of which will support the tenant operations. The remaining portion of the facility (the “Building”) consists of approximately 247,800+/- sf of shell space for future tenant fit-out.
The Distribution Center is capable of storage of pharmaceutical finished products, order picking and packing, and distribution of goods. The Distribution Center/Warehouse includes the following statistics and functions:
